1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aaaopen platform in any capacity — including browsing game content, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the aaaopen platform. aaaopen reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these terms.

aaaopen may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the aaaopen platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active real-money account on aaaopen, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during each gaming session, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary through aaaopen or imposed by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of aaaopen or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

aaaopen reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aaaopen's compliance team may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the aaaopen platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, your current residential address, your active mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting aaaopen support at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaopen username and password. You agree to notify aaaopen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. aaaopen will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS — aaaopen strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact aaaopen support immediately if you suspect your account credentials have been compromised.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

aaaopen operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or accounts are fully verified: a government-issued photo ID (SSS, PhilSys, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaaopen currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, CLiQQ (7-Eleven), and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. aaaopen does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your aaaopen account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. CLiQQ over-the-counter deposits are typically credited within two (2) hours of payment confirmation at the store terminal. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests on aaaopen are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in the same name as your verified aaaopen account.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before a withdrawal can be requested.
• aaaopen targets a withdrawal processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• aaaopen reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified promptly in such cases.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the aaaopen platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). aaaopen does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in foreign currencies directly. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

aaaopen offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by aaaopen are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering on games with a Return to Player (RTP) above a specified threshold may be restricted or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

aaaopen reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaging in arbitrage betting using bonus funds — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

aaaopen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts. Players are encouraged to review individual promotion terms before opting in.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All slot games, live casino games, and random number generator (RNG)-based table games available on the aaaopen platform use certified and independently audited random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified RNG systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical results of the live game in progress.

6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on aaaopen. These limits are displayed within each game environment or sports betting market before a wager is placed. aaaopen reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time in response to regulatory requirements, risk management considerations, or provider requirements.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, aaaopen's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Interrupted rounds will be resolved automatically in accordance with the game's rules when connectivity is restored. If a round cannot be resolved, the wagered amount will be returned to your account balance. aaaopen is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

6.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, payout miscalculations, or software malfunctions — aaaopen reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Any payouts made as a result of a manifest error are not binding on aaaopen and may be recovered from your account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaopen platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering — using the aaaopen platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers, odds discrepancies, or wagering requirement loopholes.
• Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Hacking or tampering — attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform, reverse-engineer game software, or interfere with the integrity of any game or transaction.
• Unauthorized account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your aaaopen account.
• Minor access — allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your aaaopen account or the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaaopen platform — including but not limited to the aaaopen brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of aaaopen or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aaaopen platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any aaaopen content without prior written consent.
• Use the aaaopen brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the aaaopen website or platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used by aaaopen.

10 Privacy & Data

By registering an account and using the aaaopen platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaopen, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the aaaopen platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, game errors, payment delays, or data loss.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside aaaopen's direct control.

aaaopen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

aaaopen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aaaopen will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The effective date of the revised terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aaaopen platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting aaaopen customer support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aaaopen, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aaaopen is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit aaaopen's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
